How mentoring works
A simple process built around encouragement and consistency.
Crossroads gives mentors a clear and manageable rhythm so they can serve confidently from home.
Receive a lesson
A student completes a Bible lesson and it comes back through the Crossroads process.
Write encouragement
You review the lesson and write a thoughtful reply with encouragement, Scripture, and care.
Build relationship
Over time, those exchanges become a Christ-centred relationship marked by trust and hope.
