Program Evaluation
A great strength of CPM's offering to public sector agencies is the robust evaluation framework we attach to all of our learning and development initiatives, which provides tangible and evidence-based evaluation of our programs.
Evaluation Processes
CPM has in place a structured evaluation process that is used on all programs delivered to the public sector, consisting four key components:
- Program evaluation – conducted at the conclusion of a program by participants;
- Facilitator evaluation – the provision of analysis from the facilitator on issues arising;
- Post-program evaluation – additional evaluation steps in the months following the program to determine the effectiveness of learning outcomes; and
- Organisation-specific metrics – the provision of information across a number of programs, identifying issues specific to an organisational cohort, including comparison with APS-wide norms.
In addition we have a range of additional evaluation processes in place to cater for other initiatives such as Executive Coaching.
Evaluation Reports
CPM provides regular evaluation reports as part of any program we deliver to the APS, building on the evaluation process outlined above.
These reports, along with copies of all evaluation material, are provided to organisations to assess the success of the program in its ability to meet course objectives and further program tailoring to continuously improve its effectiveness and its ability to meet course objectives.
