CPM draws on a range of delivery resources including our team of presenters, a range of instruments and several different venues to produce high quality outcomes for course participants and client organisations. We also have a strong focus on review and evaluation to report on the success of our programs.
Profiles for our team of fourteen consultants who deliver our courses and programs
CPM's greatest asset is the strength of our people. Our people have a proven track record in delivering results to the public sector, with current and relevant experience that translates to practical results in the workplace. We are all former public sector employees with a solid understanding of contemporary APS challenges.
We draw on a suite of proven tools and instruments to assist in delivering our programs
CPM utilises a range of diagnistic tools and feedback instruments on our public courses and departmental programs, to improve self-awareness and identify areas for development. These are drawn from a number of other companies and providers, ensuring we have a comprehensive suite to draw upon.
Information on the venues we usually use for the delivery of our courses and programs
We utilise a number of venues for the delivery of our courses and programs. This includes two residential venues in the form of The Briars near Bowral and The Carrington Inn at Bungendore. We also operate programs at our own premises in the CPM Training Centre, or at other venues or agency premises where appropriate.
Evaluation is an important part of how CPM delivers courses and programs
CPM has a number of reports on the quality of our courses and programs, including evaluation summaries and a longitudinal study into the effectiveness of our leadership courses. We take great pride in the results we produce and believe that sharing this information improves the credibility of our services.
