
Our Values
The CPM company values were developed collaboratively by the CPM consultants in early 2008. These values are a key part of the CPM ethos and each consultant agrees to abide by them in the delivery of our services to the APS.
We commit to working together to build the management and leadership capability of the Australian Public Service through:

Development and Endorsement
These values were endorsed by all current CPM Consultants in August 2008, following a company meeting in mid 2008. The values are now displayed at CPM's office in Canberra and on the CPM web site.
